I stumbled across the blog Couldn’t Be Parve today, and I feel like it was built just for me. The author – a Rabbi and serious confectioner – spoke right to my heart when she states
“It isn’t enough for it to be “not bad for dairy-free.” It has be good period.”
You’ll recall that recently I waxed poetic about parve chocolate souffle. There’s no souffle there at the moment (consider this my request) but there are plenty of other desserts to choose from. Go ahead and check it out.
